When using the Foto Leutner Online shop, it is currently only possible to upload one image at a time. Should you, however, wish to order more than one copy of an image or upload several images in a row, we would ask you to make a brief note with your order so we can e-mail you a re-calculated postage fee.

File format?

JPG and TIFF are the preferred file formats

Best file size?

Depending on the desired output size your file should be saved to the following specifications:

Format 40 x 60cm => 4724 x 7087 Pixel; file size min. 2,5 MB

Format 50 x 75cm => 5906 x 8858 Pixel; file size min. 3 MB

Format 60 x 80cm => 7087 x 9949 Pixel; file size min. 4 MB

Format 80 x 120cm => 9449 x 14173 Pixel; file size min. 8 MB

Not sure if your files are large enough?

Should you be unsure if your file is the correct size, we are able to check your file-size for you to ensure the best possible output quality. This is done for a small fee and will require checking the box "File-check" when you up-load your files for printing.

The maximum size of your file, when an order is placed online, can be 50MB.

Files

For prints ordered online, we accept digital files only.

File retouching and manipulation

Foto Leutner offers no digital manipulation or alteration as part of its online ordering service. Files will be printed straight from your file.

Color management

Your file should contain an embedded RGB color space.

If there is no color space linked to your file we will automatically convert the file to RGB.

Please note that unless your computer screen has been calibrated professionally, there is no guarantee for an exact match from your image on screen to print. Density and colors can vary depending on your screen settings. If you want to be absolutely certain of the correct reproduction, please order a test print first.

How does payment work?

You have the option to pay via bank transfer or credit card (Master, VISA, Amex).

If you decide to pay via transfer, please note that we can only release your job once the full payment has been received.

In case payment is made via credit card, the full amount is deducted instantly at the time the order is placed online.

Delivery fees?

Are listed immediately when you select your oder. Alternatively, works can be collected in store as well.

We deliver your images packaged professionally, with our courier partners UPS.

To which countries does Foto Leutner deliver?

Currently deliveries from orders made through our online-shop are only available to clients within Austria. Orders placed directly to us will be delivered worldwide, please contact us for a quote regarding delievery fees. However, we are currently working on the expansion of our services to clients in other EU countries, so please feel free to contact us if you have any enquiries and would like to receive more information on our services and specials.

Returns and refunds?

Returns and refunds are not possible with our online service.
